1/16/2022: Updated Office Policy:
With COVID-19 on the rise lately, it seems almost everybody has it or have at least been exposed to it. To protect our staff and patients in the office, you will be asked when you schedule AND arrive for your appointment the following questions.
1. Have you traveled out of state in the past month?
2. Have you tested positive or been around anyone who was tested positive for Covid 19 in the past 2 weeks?
3. Do you have any fever, chills, or congestion in the past week?
If you answer yes to any of the above questions, then we will convert your appointment to a telehealth appointment for the same date, time and provider that you are already scheduled with.
